Rolland inc. (Fine Papers Division)
Located in St-Jérôme, Quebec, since its foundation in 1882, the Fine Papers Division operates a mill having an annual capacity of 140,000 short tons and employs 450 people.
The mill which counts 4 paper machines, produces over 100 categories of uncoated fine papers nearly all with recycled content. More precisely, it specializes in high-end papers for use in commercial printing, photocopy and conversion together with specialized papers for security printing.

Quality is close to the hearts of everyone at Rolland, from the boardroom to the mill and warehouse floor. Witness the fact that the Fine Papers Division has obtained the ISO 9002 certification in just 15 months.
The Division sells its products in Canada and in the United States through its own representatives operating in Quebec, in Ontario, in British-Columbia and in New England and, through agents, in other American states. It serves an important customer base made up primarily of wholesale fine paper merchants and various paper converters.

La Division des papiers fins commercialise ses produits au Canada et aux États-Unis par l'entremise de ses propres représentants de vente oeuvrant au Québec, en Ontario, en Colombie-Britannique et en Nouvelle-Angleterre, et par le biais d'agents dans d'autres états américains. Elle dessert une importante clientèle composée principalement de grossistes distributeurs de papiers fins ainsi que de certains fabricants de produits façonnés.
Les préoccupations liées à la qualité sont fermement implantées dans l'entreprise.
Et elles sont aussi grandes dans la salle du conseil que chez les employés.
C'est d'ailleurs ce qui a permis à la Divison des papiers fins d'obtenir la certification ISO 9002 le 19 janvier 1995, quinze mois à peine après avoir entrepris la démarche en vue de son obtention.
